In modern life, people pay more and more attention to their body management, we all pursue a good body, indeed, body management is very important. Good body management can not only make people look good from the appearance, but also has a significant impact on health. Body management is so important, so what aspects should we manage body shape?
In fact, there are many factors that affect body shape, and I will briefly discuss the following three categories: living environment, lifestyle, and physical fitness. All of these three categories are invisibly affecting our figure and thus affecting our health.
现代生活中,人们越来越注重自己的身体管理,大家都追求一个好的身体,的确,身体管理很重要。良好的身体管理不仅能让人从外表上看起来很好,而且对身体健康也有重大影响。体型管理如此重要,那么我们应该从哪些方面来管理体型呢?
其实,影响体形的因素有很多,我将简要讨论以下三大类:生活环境、生活方式、身体素质。这三类都在无形中影响着我们的身材,从而影响着我们的健康。
Environment is the sum of all kinds of factors on which human beings and creatures depend for survival and development.Environment and human beings are opposite to each other and restrict each other, and depend on each other and transform each other.The environment is the external world in which human beings are the main body, and people rely on the basis of survival. People‘s activities cannot do without the environment, so the environment has a subtle influence on people’s health.However, different environments have different impacts on people‘s health, and thus constitute different health problems.For example, the impact of air pollution on people’s health is relatively large. The atmosphere is a material with purification function in itself. However, when the amount of pollutants exceeds the purification ability of the atmosphere itself, it will constitute air pollution and affect health.For example, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, inhalable particles and so on, are harmful substances to people‘s body, so people should strengthen the awareness of environmental protection.
环境是人类和生物赖以生存和发展的各种因素的总和。环境与人类对立、相互制约,相互依存、相互转化。环境是外部世界,人类是主体,人赖以生存为基础。人们的活动离不开环境,所以环境对人们的健康有着潜移默化的影响。但是,不同的环境对人们的健康有不同的影响,从而构成不同的健康问题。例如,空气污染对人们健康的影响相对较大。大气本身是一种具有净化功能的材料。但是,当污染物的量超过大气本身的净化能力时,就会构成空气污染并影响健康。例如,一氧化碳、二氧化氮、可吸入颗粒物等,都是对人体有害的物质,因此人们应加强环保意识。
